Our role goes beyond the idea. We shape the programme, bring together the relationships required to deliver it, manage implementation and measure the outcomes.
A particular strength of our work is the frontline workforce, where we design programmes that strengthen capability, confidence and opportunities for progression.
Many of our programmes also create meaningful ways for corporate employees to participate, contribute their skills and connect with the impact their organisations want to create.

About our name
Athr means impact.
In Arabic, Athr - أثر - means impact.
It can also refer to a trace, imprint or legacy.
We chose the name because that is what we aim to leave behind: something visible and lasting in the people, communities and organisations we work with.
